General Information
1. Ordering:

We Wholesale to the Trade ONLY! We must have a copy of your Tax Resale Certificate or have your Resale Number on file.
Orders may be phoned in Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
(Please Note: we are closed from 12:00 - 1:00 PM for lunch.)
Orders may be faxed or emailed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Most orders are shipped the day after they are received, provided merchandise is in stock and there are no other complications with your order. However, things get hectic during the holidays, and orders may take longer. PLEASE PLAN AHEAD.

Please call for appointment before visiting our showroom because we maybe at a show or visiting clients.

2. Minimum Order:

There is a $ 100 minimum every time you order. We do understand that you may occasionally wish to place smaller orders. Orders under $ 100 are subject to a $10.00 service fee.

3. Payment Options:

We are pleased to accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and PayPal for all purchases. Shipping address and billing address must be the same or telephone verification may be necessary.

4. Shipping:

We ship by UPS and charge you exactly what UPS bills us. Insurance (required on all packages) is $1.50 on orders under $300 and $.50 per additional $100. UPS raises their rates slightly every January.
Approximate shipping cost for a 1 pound box:

Ground: $7 - $10
Orange (3-Day): $9 - $14
Blue (2-Day): $13 - $21
Red (Overnight): $21 - $38

UPS charges slightly more for residential deliveries and up to $4.20 more for some rural areas.

4a. International Shipping:

Is available, but payment must be cleared before shipping. We ship by UPS and charge you exactly what UPS bills us including Insurance.

5. Back Orders:

If you ordered an item and it was not delivered, that means we don't have it in stock. We will not keep track of Back Orders. So you need to re-order it during you next order.

6. Our Product Guarantee:

We stands behind our products. In the event you receive any product from us which is broken or otherwise non-functioning upon arrival please contact us immediately (within 10 days of receipt) and we will arrange for repair or replacement.

Do not return any items without receiving authorization from us. Please pack the jewelry carefully in a small box or bubble envelope. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returned merchandise. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we made an error.

7. Prices:

This website is Strictly for Resale ONLY! All Prices are Wholesale Prices (i.e., your cost). We make every effort to keep our prices as low as possible, however, we obviously cannot control silver prices, currency fluctuations or duty rates. Our prices are dependent upon the market cost of silver and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors.

8. Privacy Policy:

We may collect information from customers and visitors to our Web site. This information allows us to process orders from customers by collecting their First Name, Last Name, eMail, Password, Credit Card Number, Expiration Date, Billing Address and Shipping Address. Other information such as Date, Time and IP address is also collected.

Our Disclosure of Your Information
We do not sell or commercially make available specific information about its Users or Users other than in aggregate form, except in cooperation with law enforcement bodies in regards to content violations or violations of applicable laws.

Our Security Measures
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to encrypt payment information and User data against unauthorized access. You should know that no data transmission is one hundred percent guaranteed against easdropping. Because your site is ultimately protected by you and your password, much of your information security is up to you.

We have implemented additional precautions to ensure the privacy of your personal information. We have a strict firewall in place which does not allow any outside access. Access in the company is limited to only individuals who need to be able to see customer data in order to perform their job functions, such as the billing department. Important personal data is backed up on the network to help insure its integrity.
